Dear Colleagues:

For the CFI Innovation Fund competition, we have received 21 NOIs.  As you know, we have invited the Project Leaders or a team member for each project to present their concept to the university community on June 13 and 15 (schedule is attached for your information).  I have also attached the 21 NOIs for your review.  I reviewed these myself and it took me 3 hours to review.  I am not a fast reader so you probably will take less time.

I request you, as the research leader in your Faculty/School, to review each NOI and then identify names in your own unit who should review that NOI and attend the presentation from the project team. I am sharing with all researchers the schedule of the presentations and have asked them to review the topics and contact you if they need a copy of one or more NOIs prior to the presentation date.  This will identify additional names from your units.
