Hello students,
I hope you all had an enjoyable long weekend. I am writing to ask for volunteers to help with the Neurotalks career day for high school students that we are organizing in conjunction with the undergraduate students from Let’s Talk Science at Fort Garry. Neurotalks will be held Thursday, May 3rd at the Bannatyne campus.
I am looking for 2 students to participate in a career panel that will take place from roughly 3:15-3:45 pm that afternoon. You will be part of a group of 7 people that includes faculty members and medical residents, and you will answer questions from the high school students about university and graduate school. I especially encourage those of you who went to U of M to take part, as many of these students will likely be applying to come here and will be interested in learning more about what U of M is like.
