On second thought, I think that we can't publish it in this form.  It looks like we are publishing our working documents.  There were separate documents listing the sessions and then when they were going to be slotted only because that’s the way a program committee works when they’re organizing things.  The sessions have numbers only so that the program committee can do this work.

We need to, today combine them into one document, from beginning to end, with the time, the title of the session, and the presenters/titles, all the way through.  And it has to include everything, including the roundtables, keynotes, and bus tours.

This shouldn’t be a lot of work.  It means cutting and pasting the sessions into the program document and a bit of tweaking.

This looks like we’ve launched prematurely, publishing our half-done work, not a finished product.

So, hold off!

Sorry, I didn’t realize that this wasn’t going to be done.

Thanks, Krishna,  This looks good to launch this afternoon.

However, as soon as possible we need to combine the conference schedule/conference presenters/roundtables, etc. into a regular conference schedule.  Otherwise this is quite confusing.  You shouldn’t have to cross reference various tabs to see who is doing what when.

This really shouldn’t be going up in this form, but it has to be made public.  But we really need to have a normal conference schedule up asap.

Hi, folks!

Look at this: https://1919-2019.com/staging/2144/

I still have a few kinks to work out re: spacing and text and fonts and little things that are otherworldly and increasingly irritating by the second (GAH!), BUT, I think this should be good to go for a NOON launch today, no?

I hope I've answered most of everyone's major concerns from Saturday's meeting, but obviously can finesse bits as requested.

Note that the site looks best from a laptop as opposed to a smartphone, but I'm figuring that out, too re: iPhone/Android display, etc. Stay tuned.

What's more, I will produce a stylish, downloadable PDF of the DRAFT SCHEDULE later today. For now, it just appears as text under that specific tab.

Okay! In touch later!
