Possibly.  We were dealing with a Canadian agent, who we later discovered had not passed on early offers that she deemed (herself) to be inadequate, although she did say she was passing on our last one a month or two ago.  And we emailed Bragg management directly with lots of information.  The US agent, who Janis contacted, seemed to actually do their job.
