Hi, James. Rhonda gave me a budget for food at the conference that totalled $27,000 (not including the Saturday bagged lunches). I have quotes (attached) from Diversity for all the food and breaks
(including bagged lunches) for just under $23,000.
To whom should I send the attached for approval, or should I just tell Diversity to go ahead?
