Situation resolved: Chemical safely removed and destroyed

We are able to report that the detonation has been successfully completed by City of Winnipeg Emergency Services. Emergency Services personnel will be leaving campus and all buildings, outdoor spaces, and roads that had been closed will reopen shortly.
