The following award opportunity is waiting for you!
The Alumni Association Inc. of the University of Manitoba offers two annual
scholarships for students who have excelled in their studies and have
demonstrated leadership and/or commitment to voluntarism during the course of
their academic career.
Two scholarships valued at $3,750 each will be offered to
undergraduate students who:
(1) have successfully completed the second year of full-time study at the
University of Manitoba (minimum of 48 credit hours), in any faculty or school;
(2) will be in the next ensuing academic session (2010/11), enrolled full-time
(minimum 60% course load) in the third year of study in any faculty or school;
(3) have achieved a minimum degree grade point average of 3.0 or, as students
in the Undergraduate Medical Education Program, are in good academic standing;
(4) have demonstrated strong leadership abilities and/or a strong commitment to
community through their volunteer activities.
