Students at the University of Manitoba will be without email access beginning tomorrow August 21 at 4:30 p.m. until Monday, August 24 at 8:30 a.m.   Aurora Waitlist notifications will be paused during this outage.  Students will be able to access their email after 8:30 a.m. Monday August 24. 

 

A notification will be posted on the University of Manitoba website’s Microsoft 365 webpageand on social media when email access is restored. Read the  article on UM Today for complete details.  

 

How to access your email on August 24 

Enrolled students will see older email gradually added to their new Inbox over the next few weeks. In the meantime, please access your old Inbox to view all messages. See instructions below.

 

Alumni and accepted (but not enrolled) students must access their old Inbox to view all messages received before August 24.  

 

To access your new Inbox

  1. Visit http://365.myumanitoba.ca.  
  1. Sign-in using your UMnetID@myumanitoba.ca email address and password.   

 

To access your old Inbox

  1. Visit http://365.myumanitoba.ca.  
  2. Sign in using UMnetID@myumanitoba.onmicrosoft.com and your password.
