Yet another fantastic film from streetfilms. This one involves removing cars from a major intersection and the placing of street furniture in the street. Allowances are made for street cars to travel through at 17th / Castro / Market in San Francisco.
After 17 years of planning, installation occured over a 72 hour period, from cars to pedestrian friendly streetscape.
I would be curious to hear about where you think this could occur in Winnipeg, such as Albert / McDermot / Bannatyne area.
