Jessica Roberts is a Principal Consultant at Alta Planning + Design, focusing on campaigns that help people change their transportation habits for good. She is known as the founder of the fast-growing “behavioral Transportation Demand Management (TDM) movement”, which is building bridges between behavioral scientists and transportation professionals. Her work in this arena is creating more effective campaigns that are based on evidence and theory, and that are evaluated rigorously to determine the mode shift impact of individual program variables.
