The City has put out an RFP for rehabilitation work on Pembina Highway between Grant Avenue and Osborne Street. The rehabilitation includes buffered bicycle lanes, but it doesn't seem to offer a lot of help for anyone wanting to make a turn off of Pembina (say at Warsaw or at Grant),and makes some pretty significant changes to the pedestrian corridor that leads people from the south side of Corydon across Pembina Highway, without making any improvements to help get people on bikes from Corydon onto the Donald Street Pathway.
