While Walkable Edmonton has had lots of positive feedback around our
Communities on Foot Map Series, we now are fortunate to have a study
undertaken by the School of Public Health at the University of Alberta
looking at the Avenue Communities Walking Map that was released this
past summer. The study showed some really positive indicators around
the maps encouraging people to get out walking and connect with their
