Anyone working outside Winnipeg or
Brandon knows how difficult it can be finding relevant
information that isn't focused on large urban centres. While I haven't had
a chance to review this recently released publication from Transport Canada (hot
on the web though it's dated April 2009), it at least attempts
to provide ideas and solutions for smaller communities.
