Some of you may already know this, but I wanted to pass on a little tip I learned during my last VR shift.

I had two patrons who were having trouble accessing articles through GetIt@UML; they were getting this link instead of the full text of the articles -http://sfxhosted.exlibrisgroup.com.proxy2.lib.umanitoba.ca/umanitoba/img/ajaxtabs/transparentpixel.png

The lovely Jen Funk informed me that this URL (both of my patrons asked about the "transparent pixel link") means that the patron has too many windows open with GetIt@UML info. If they close some and try again everything should be fine.
