Hi,

We discovered this morning that our VR e-mail account expired.

I just sent in the paper work to have this account reactivated.  Because it is a sponsored account we need to actively renew the account rather than just update the password.

I’ll send out a message as soon as I am informed that the account is reactivated and what our new password is.
