We noticed that some patrons are unable to receive any email notifications. It’s because no email addresses in their record have been marked as preferred. We have contacted IST to check the Iridium adaptor. At the same time, if you come across a patron record like this, please manually open the email address and check the yes option in the Preferred address section. It will temporarily fix the problem until IST release a solution.
