Hi,

A decision was made last Thursday in the management group meeting to purge inactive patron records with a total balance below $20. If a patron (most likely he or she graduated in the past) would like to pay the fine but you cannot find the record in Alma, it means the patron record has been purged. This patron doesn’t need to worry about the balance anymore. It is just a one-time occurrence.
