Good morning,

With the end of the academic year quickly approaching, we encourage you to explore the professional development opportunities available to you this spring. These workshops are designed for support staff employees and are fully funded through Learning & Organizational Development (LOD), Human Resources.

LOD offers four certificate programs and over 150 skill building workshops and sessions each year on topics ranging from communication skills and how to conduct annual performance reviews, to understanding our various support staff collective agreements and supporting a respectful workplace. I invite you to explore all of the training and development opportunities available by visiting our LODReg site: https://umanitoba.gosignmeup.com/Public/Course/Browse

Our workshops and sessions for April, May and June are currently open for registration, and a few more offerings may be available as we continue to develop learning opportunities to meet the community needs.
