Good Afternoon,

To follow up on our discussion this morning, I wanted to provide the class schedule for 342 and 343 in the Ag Building.  It is not possible to use these two rooms during the times below.

342 is currently booked:

Mon 2:30 - 5:15 till April 12th

Tue 2:30 - 5:25 till April 12th

Wed 2:30 - 5:15 till April 12th

343 is currently booked:

Mon 8:30 - 11:30 till March 29th

Mon 2:30 - 5:15 till April 12th

Tue 10:00 - 11:15 till April 12th

Tue 1:30 - 4:15 till April 12th

Wed 8:30 - 11:30 till March 29th

Wed  2:30 - 3:45 till April 6th

Thurs 10:00 - 11:15 till April 12th

Thurs 1:30 - 4:15 till April 12th

If you are interested in using 342 and 343 in the Ag building due to the loss of facilities at the Point, please contact Plant Science Reception plant_science@umanitoba.ca so we can organize the needed space.

Please keep in mind that you would need to clean the entire area used following your work.  You would also need to be out of the space at least 15 minutes prior to these times, so that TA’s and instructors can prepare for the class.

To use these spaces a complete cleanup is mandatory and that pesticides, i.e. pesticide treated seeds are not to be worked on in these rooms.

Thanks,

Rob
