Please forward the email to all plant urgently.

Hi everyone,

This email is again about the room 008B. I have taken out 95% of the stuff from cold room 008 B and put it in the hallway in the basement. There are following queries that can be helpful to make things more clean and organized:

1. In the attached pictures, I put a yellow label with ?.Please come to the basement to claim these specimens/cultures. Some of the boxes belongs to Dr. Li’s lab. Please pick and label the items properly and store them in cold room at the end of greenhouse.

2. Please discard or autoclave the specimens that you think are no longer in use or cannot be used because they are pretty old/molded/contaminated etc.

Please try to finish this process by Thursday (Oct 27,2022) as it’s not safe to keep these specimens for more than few days. Everything unclaimed  will be thrown away/autoclaved on Friday (Oct 28,2022) . This is the best chance to sort the specimens before transferring to cold rooms.

I apologize for the short notice.
