The individual has reviewed their activities while on campus and utilized the Manitoba Government Contact Tracing Tool (https://manitoba.ca/asset_library/en/covid/covid-contact-tracing-tool.pdf). The case has identified and notified their close contacts. If you have not been notified that you are a close contact and you attended any of the above locations during the time period specified, you are advised to self-monitor for the next 14 days.
