Forwarded message from CSA President:

Dear All:

I am President of the Canadian Society of Agronomy (CSA; http://agronomycanada.com/) and we are holding our Annual Conference this year jointly with the Canadian Society of Horticultural Science (CSHS) at Hotel La Plaza, Montreal, during July 24-26, 2016. The theme of the Joint Conference is “Sustaining and improving agricultural production under the increasing complexities” (for details, please click at ‘meeting 2016’ at http://agronomycanada.com/next-annual-meeting/). There is an opportunity for students to participate in the conference and avail the following awards:

To see last year’s award winners, please scroll more than half way through at http://agronomycanada.com/download/newsletter/November-2015-Newsletter.pdf.

Students’ annual membership fee is only $25.00 and they will have concessional conference registration fees as well; see details at: http://agronomycanada.com/. Benefits of becoming a CSA member may be viewed at: http://agronomycanada.com/membership/benefits-of-membership/.

In view of the foregoing considerations, you may encourage your students and faculty members to become a CSA member and participate in the CSA-CSHS Joint Conference, July 24-26, 2016, at Hotel La Plaza this year.
