Hello Researchers, Students and Industry Stakeholders

The Richardson Centre for Food Technology and Research, University of Manitoba, is pleased to share a newsletter with researchers and stakeholders affiliated with the Centre. Since the last newsletter in June 2023, a number of Centre objectives have been met including intensifying food science research, hosting the successful “Food Technology and Research Day” on November 1st and installing a new pilot oil press equipped with a steam mixer. We are grateful to our supporters and collaborators who are key to moving the Centre forward.
