Hello All,

We have received several emails recently on campus closures and services over the holidays as well as a notice of a stranger in Plant Science.  Please review these emails if you will be working on campus over the holidays. 

As well, if you will be working on campus, please follow the work alone policy.

· Do not conduct work involving hazardous material

· Make sure someone knows where you are and expected length of work

· If you are working alone for a long period of time, ask your contact to call you if they have not heard from you by a specified time

· Make sure your contact knows

o Your cell number

o Lab phone number

o Security services phone number 204-474-9341

The doors are supposed to be locked during the holiday closure, so lock doors behind you.  Campus security can be contacted at any time if there is an issue or for the safewalk program.
