Below are details about some of the upcoming library workshops in October to share with your liaison areas. Please note the Searching Ovid Databases workshop will cover agriculture and food science databases, and will be next week on Thursday, October 5th, 2023, 1-2 pm, with a duplicate, online session held on Wednesday, November 8th, 10-11 am.

 

 

Searching Ovid Databases - Exploring CAB Abstracts and Food Science and Technology Abstracts

Join our comprehensive workshop, "Searching OVID Databases" where we'll focus on two powerful resources: CAB (Commonwealth Agricultural Bureau) Abstracts and Food Science and Technology Abstracts. OVID is renowned for providing access to a wealth of scholarly information across various disciplines, including agriculture and food science, but it can be a tricky interface to use effectively.
