FGS External Graduate Award Activation form to activate the
payment of external awards, such as Manitoba Health Research
Council Studentships and other awards to graduate students that
do not involve a research allowance. This form is not required
for NSERC, SSHRC or CIHR CGSM. The form can be found on this
