J.H. STEWART REID MEMORIAL FELLOWSHIP TRUST

Eligibility:

  • The Canadian Association of University Teachers announces the 38th annual J.H. Stewart Reid Memorial Fellowship for 2006-2007 Doctoral Studies. This has been established through voluntary contributions to honour the memory of the first Executive Secretary of the Association.

    This fellowship is for doctoral studies only.

    Qualifications: 1) registration in a doctoral program at a Canadian university, 2) Canadian citizenship or residence in Canada with landed immigrant status or convention refugee status from April 30, 2005 or earlier, 3) candidates must have completed their comprehensive examinations, or equivalent, and have had their Doctoral thesis proposal accepted by April 30, 2006, 4) a first class academic record in a graduate program.

  • Award recipients will be announced July 2006.

Tenable at:

  • Doctoral program at any Canadian university.
