Hello Plant Science Graduate Students,

 

The Plant Science Search Committee, for the Plant Genomics and Genetics Position, is finalizing a schedule for next week’s search process and would like to confirm you’re availability for a virtual group interview, with each of the 5 short-listed candidates, from Monday January 10th to Friday January 14th (i.e., each weekday next week).

 

James de Castro has kindly offered to act as Master of Ceremonies (MC) for the session.

 

Please let me know if you would be available for a 30 minute virtual group meeting (Plant Science graduate students as a group, with each individual candidate):

1.       Noon - 12:30, Monday Jan 10

2.       Noon - 12:30, Tuesday Jan 11

3.       Noon - 12:30, Wednesday Jan 12

4.       Noon - 12:30, Thursday Jan 13

5.       Noon - 12:30, Friday Jan 14

 

For reference, tentatively we are blocking in the following:

  1. Each candidate’s Research Seminar: 9:15 - 10:15 am
  2. Four candidate Teaching Sessions:  1:15 – 2:00 pm
    1. Monday January 10
    2. Tuesday January 11
    3. Thursday January 13
    4. Friday January 14
  3. One candidate Teaching Session: 10:30 – 11:15 am
    1. Wednesday Jan 12

A TEAMS meeting link will follow, for confirmed participants, prior to Monday January 10.  James will provide participants with a framework for the TEAMs meeting with the Candidate.
