Hope all is well! 

We have recently received permission to access our office space. That being said, they are only to be used by those that have permission from the department to be in the Plant Science building. With that, I have been asked to create an office schedule, in order to ensure fairness of office time people will be assigned full days in which they can access their offices.

For those who would like to use their offices email me with the days you are allowed to be here (assigned by the department/ your supervisor) and you specific office (Eg. 147A). I will try my best to accommodate days requested in the fairest way possible while respecting the room capacities and all students.

Things to note:
1) Only ONE person in the office at one time. 
2) You must ONLY access your office when you're scheduled. If caught in office out of turn you will lose your permission. 
3) You must sanitize (handles, hands, etc.) upon entering and exiting (wipes and hand sanitizer will be provided).
4) Must wear a mask in the halls at all times. 
5) Grad Lounge will remain off limits. 

Deadline to request office space is Wednesday (July 29) at 5 PM. From there, I will create the schedule and have it approved by the department head. Once approved I will email out the schedule and have it posted on office doors. You are not to use the spaces until request has been approved.
