Subject: Last week for hamper donations!

Hi Susan! Do you mind sending to the department?

Last update on the holiday feed-a-family hampers (see details below)!

We are going to be supporting two separate families from the neighbourhoods surrounding the university. The photo below is what we have collected so far, thank you to everyone!!!

One household is a family of three with two adults and a 7 year old girl. The second family we are supporting is a family of three with one adult, a 4 year old boy and a 9 year old girl.

We are still collecting donations until December 10th! We are collecting both food items, and monetary donations for kids gifts and perishables. If you are not currently on campus but would like to still participate, you can email Katherine.stanley@umanitoba.ca to discuss options.

There is a donation bin outside of room 304 in the plant science building, and at the point in the lunchroom.

Essential items still needed:

-         Coffee

-         Gravy mix

-         Monetary donations for produce, milk, cheese, meat etc.

-         Gifts for the kids (7yo girl, 9yo girl, 4yo boy)

-         Tuna

-         Any additional food items or donations welcome!!!

We will send around photos of the bins once they are complete. Thanks so much!!!
