Subject: Would you like to proxy for a meeting of the  
Guidelines & Policy Committee?


Hi Grad Students,

I am unable to attend a meeting where I fill the position as the  
Graduate Student Representative, If  would you be interested acting  
as a proxy please Let me know ASAP. The meeting for the Guidelines &  
Policy Committee is thursday (tomorrow) at 9:30 am in room E1-270  
EITC.  The meetings rarely run longer than an hour and it is a great  
chance to get involved and see how the University functions on  
another level.
