All,

in regard to the message sent by the Dean.  Please note that only EMERGENCY work  is allowed to preserve existing material in the field.  Also please remind your field personnel involved in this work to maintain a detailed journal of activities.  The journal should be shared daily with the respective supervisor.

Also it is imperative that personnel who has been to the farm since May 10 stay home and does not come to Campus (main building or the Point).  If we do not follow this simple directions, we risk to have the main buildings and the Point shut down as well.  PIs, please reinforce this.
