Mitacs Step Workshops

Mitacs Step workshops are FREE, interdisciplinary, and focus on the additional skills required to build a great career. Available to Grad Students and Postdocs, these sessions help develop professional and transferrable skills to help you succeed in academia and beyond.

SpeakEASY

If you are teaching a U of M credit-course and would like help with your spoken English skills, you are eligible to participate in a program called SpeakEASY offered by the U of M’s English Language Centre.

 

The program is partially funded by the English Language Centre, so the total fee is only $50.00 for five 50-minute sessions with an English instructor.
