Hi Everyone,

I was glad to see so many new and familiar faces today at the PSGSA Elections. I was going to mention this at the meeting, however I believe this message is more efficiently communicated by email.

A service at the U of M that I became aware of earlier this year is the Psychological Service Centre. The Psychological Service Centre is a training clinic for Clinical Psychology Graduate Students enrolled at the University of Manitoba. All services are provided at no charge. This is something that I started going to a few months ago to address symptoms of anxiety disorder. It is easily one of the best things I have ever done. I believe that taking care of yourself, and your mental health should be everyone’s number one priority.

Below are links for more information, or to download the referral form (which I believe needs to be submitted in person). If you have any questions about the program please reach out to them; however, if you feel comfortable speaking to me about it I am more then happy to share my experience so far.
