The Centre on Aging offers four awards for students conducting aging related research at the University of Manitoba:

• Centre on Aging Betty Havens Memorial Graduate Fellowship ($2000*)
• Jack MacDonell Scholarship for Research on Aging ($4000*)
• Esther and Samuel Milmot Scholarship ($1000*)
• Dr. Barbara Payne Scholarship ($800*)

* The value of these awards is dependent on the available annual income of the fund. The amount listed is the minimum to expect.

In addition, the Centre adjudicates two awards on behalf of

• Alzheimer Society of Manitoba Graduate Student Fellowships ($4000, two awards available)
• University of Manitoba Retirees Association Scholarship ($1000)
