Subject: Invitation to the ReThin Protein Challenge'2
Caution: This message was sent from outside the University of Manitoba.
Dear Jim House,
My colleague, Stacy Pyett suggested that I contact you.
This year for the second time Wageningen University & Research organizes the ReThink Protein Challenge<https://eur03.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Frethinkpr…>.
In this international student competition we challenge BSc, MSc and PhD students to come up with a sustainable solution to meeting protein needs of 9 billion people.
For universities the Challenge offers opportunities for their students. As we know from our past experience, participation in this Challenge is a unique learning experience for the students as well as an opportunity to network and profile themselves on the job market. The formula and open topic of the Challenge make it interesting for students with various disciplinary backgrounds and interdisciplinary teams are warmly encouraged.
If possible, could you help us spread the information about the ReThink Protein Challenge among your students/ relevant persons within your organization by forwarding the email below or sharing this flyer<https://eur03.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Frethinkpr…>?
I would very much appreciate your support for this initiative.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
Warm regards,
Marta Eggers

In this cutting-edge international student competition we challenge you to come up with a business idea or prototype that offers an innovative and sustainable approach to meeting protein needs and targets a specific market. It could be anything from a new source of protein, a new technology to extract proteins, to new protein foods or services that accelerate the protein transition.
Join the Challenge!<https://eur03.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Frethinkpr…>
