Good morning Ms. Wiebe,

I am contacting you on behalf of the Canadian Water Resources Association’s Student and Young Professionals (CWRA-SYP) Winnipeg chapter. We are a student group that facilitates events that support the CWRA’s goal  of promoting effective water management. These events offer the opportunity for students from a variety of faculties to gather and connect in their common interest in Manitoba’s water resources.

We have organized a Meet & Greet event for students on September 23^rd, and I would be very grateful if you could copy the following message and the attached poster to students in the Faculty of Agriculture in order to invite them to this event. Hello Students!

The Canadian Water Resources Association’s Student and Young Professionals (CWRA-SYP) Winnipeg chapter is pleased to put on a Meet & Greet event to kick off the new school year. This event will be an excellent opportunity to meet fellow undergraduate and graduate students, from faculties at the U of M and U of W, who have a shared interest in Canada’s water resources. Learn about the events we have planned for this year and how to get involved, and be entered into a raffle for CWRA door prizes!

The Meet & Greet will take place next Wednesday, September 23^rd at 7:30 pm at King’s Head Pub. See the attached poster for more details and information on the role of the CWRA-SYP.
