Hello Grads,

This is a friendly email to let everyone know that TEDx-Umanitoba will be taking place in two short weeks on March 24th. These TED talks will feature amazing researchers from right here at the UofM and will provide a great opportunity for graduate students to learn about how to present their own research in a fun and exciting way. 

For those of you who were unable to get a spot in the TEDx audience, the UMGSA has set up a livestream of the event in the Richardson Auditorium in the Faculty of Agriculture. We have over 100 spots available and registration for these spots is required. Anyone interested in attending the TEDx livestream can sign up in one of the following ways:

• Like the University of Manitoba Graduate Students Association page on Facebook and sign up by joining the UMGSA TEDx livestream group
• Use #UMGSA on social media to qualify for a spot in the TEDx livestream
• Sign up in person at the UMGSA office at 217 University Centre
