Subject: Aurora Shutdown
Hello everyone,
As you know, Aurora INB will be shutting down from November 21 – 26 due to the Banner 9 upgrade. Per the email from the Registrar’s Office, the shutdown will prevent any transcript orders.
Subsequently, kindly remind your students to order their transcripts early as the Aurora shutdown may impact their ability to complete their Tri-Agency CGSM application, which is due on December 3rd. Each
year, at least one application is deemed ineligible for failing to submit current and up to date U of M transcripts. In particular, this is an issue for students who are in the first year of their Master’s program at U of M. There seems to be misconception
that they do not need to submit these transcripts because they do not have grades from the fall courses. Please ensure that students are made aware of this requirement.
