Hi Martha,

The Biological Sciences Graduate Student Association at the University of Manitoba is hosting our annual Barrett-Hamilton Memorial Lecture Series. The speaker this year is Dr. Julia Baum of the University of Victoria, she’ll be giving a talk about climate change. I thought it may be of some interest to the students in your department and was hoping you could let them know about it.

The lecture is on Thursday, October 17^th from 7:30-8:30pm in the Robert B. Schultz theatre on campus of the University of Manitoba (see attached poster for more details). Please let me know if you have any questions.
