Good morning,

On August 19^th, we announced that the Tri-Agencies had harmonized their post-award policies for award holders of research training programs and incorporated them into a guide that is effective September 1, 2016.

Further to this message, we are pleased to provide you with the working drafts of the English and French versions of the Tri-Agency Research Training Award Holder’s Guide in PDF format. These documents can serve as a reference until the guide is posted online in September 2016. We welcome your feedback/comments which will be considered in future iterations. 

Also attached are the forms related to the guide and a “Questions & Answers” document for your reference.

If you have any questions/comments regarding:

·         the harmonization of these policies or suggestions for improvements to the guide, please contact vanier@cihr-irsc.gc.ca .

·         the process involving the day-to-day function of the guide or on a specific program, please contact your program representative.

Le 19 aout, nous avons annoncé que les trois organismes ont harmonisé leurs politiques postoctroi pour les boursiers de programmes de formation en recherche et les ont rassemblées dans un guide qui est en vigueur le 1er Septembre 2016.

Pour faire suite à ce message, nous sommes heureux de vous offrir les ébauches des versions anglaise et française du Guide des boursiers des programmes de formation en recherche des trois organismes en format PDF. Ces documents peuvent servir de référence jusqu'à ce que le guide soit affiché en ligne en Septembre 2016. Veuillez nous faire parvenir vos suggestions/commentaires et nous en tiendrons compte dans les prochaines versions.

Vous trouverez aussi ci-joint les formulaires figurant dans le guide et un document «Questions et Réponses » à titre de référence.
