Hello everyone I am hoping you will be able to share this request with your team members and your students. The attached document is for your students areas, I would so appreciate if it can be posted so all can see For your fellow coworkers, if a reminder email can be sent requesting them to update their mailing address in ESS (if required)- side note: while the bulk of the employees receive electronic copies and /or are mailed to the department however we have a large number of employees that might end/or have ended before T slips are printed at which point we mail them to the address on file (i.e. not in an active status, EE on leaves etc)
Students need to update Aurora and if they have payments from HRIS system they will also need to send in a change request to hris@umanitoba.camailto:hris@umanitoba.ca . Employees that do not have access to ESS will need to submit their request to hris@umanitoba.camailto:hris@umanitoba.ca .
If the student updated their info in Aurora before end of day Jan 29/2016 we will be able to capture the correct data on the student side for T4A from Banner. ESS and emails - changes received after Feb 4/2016 cannot be guaranteed for T4 / T4A from HRIS System
We receive large numbers of returned T slips and request for reprints every year and we are hoping this will help to reduce those numbers
