Public Lecture: Podcasts and Digital Storytelling - Dr Leslie McMurtry (University of Salford) 
February 24th, 2021, 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM CST. 
A special guest lecture for ENGL2190: Books and Bytes: Literature in the Digital Age. Based on on-going research by Dr. McMurtry surrounding audio drama, podcasts, sound design and more, this lecture delves into the world of

New Opportunities: 

UMIH External Grant Support: 

The UMIH is seeking proposals for its External Grant Support program. An initiative to help researchers in the Faculty of Arts who are seeking external funding for conferences, workshops, colloquia, and other local research events.

This program was designed to provide opportunities for scholars to secure support, both cash and in-kind, from the UMIH in order to leverage funds from other agencies.

Solo Exhibition by Mariana Muñoz Gomez: A volar entre rocas (To fly between stones)
February 20th - April 4th, 2021

The UMIH extends a warm welcome to folks to attend the solo exhibition of artist and recipient of one of many CARE Microgrants. A volar entre rocas consists of photographic, text,
