The Food Matters Research Cluster welcomes Faculty, Staff, Students and Community to this round table discussion featuring keynote speakers: Dr. Jennifer Dueck (History), Dr. Sarah Elvins (History) and Dr. David Churchill (History).
Jennifer Dueck will be presenting on "Food Writing as Masculine Identity: The lives and livelihoods of George Mardikian and Irfan Orga," Sarah Elvins on "Cake-Mix Gourmets:  The Pillsbury Bake-Off, Taste, and Changing Notions of Modern Cookery, 1949-1965" and David Churchill on "Queer Connoisseurship, Frenemies, Cold War Cosmopolitanism, and the Meaning of Wine."
