Read/write access has been restored for Academic and Ancillary Unit users in UMPlan.

 

VIP data as of September 30 has now been seeded to UMPlan.  One of the first steps in building your compensation budget should be to review the employee GL account association tile within the compensation cluster, and add accounts for any employees/positions that do not have a GL account associated (those with a difference highlighted orange).  As a reminder, budget guidelines are available at http://umanitoba.ca/admin/financial_planning/6268.html

 

UMPlan continues to treat all TBH Employees as a single employee and, therefore, spreads the CPP, and EI budget for those employees across all orgs/positions.  A solution has been developed and is currently being tested. 

 

The ability to toggle between years and versions in “All Employee Details” (Form 2.22 Review Org Compensation – All Employees - Details) is currently being tested.  This will allow users to review 2018/19 compensation budget detail directly in UMPlan.
