UW Room Bookings
Confirmed and tentative bookings are attached.
Eckhart-Gramatté and Convocation Hall are confirmed. Maximum capacity for E-G is 230 and for Convo Hall is 200 theatre-style (including balcony) or 120 at round tables.
Classrooms on campus need to be finalized as soon as possible.

Riley Fellowship Funding
Logo is attached.
Any bills for conference events that are free and open to the public should be submitted to me for payment from this fund ($20,000).
If there is an ad specific to the event(s) the Riley Fellowship is sponsoring, the logo should be prominent.

Additional UW Funding
I've requested $20,000 from the Dean of Arts, VP Research, and President's Office.

UW Honourary Degree
I've submitted a letter of nomination for Billy Bragg, and requested letters of support from Rhonda Hinther, Jim Mochoruk, and Nolan Reilly.
