Here's the latest word from UW Conference Services, regarding classrooms, an IT person, and water for speakers.

I have made note of the additional classroom rental for when I am able to book those rooms.

As for the Saturday, because the day is shorter it is more cost efficient to have a technician stay so that has already been included. I will put together a number for you if they were to stay for the entire conference as well.

We do not have water pitchers but Diversity would easily be able to do water service throughout the conference for you.
