I’m okay with doing this at the Alt. I’m less positive about the numbers. We did establish the numbers with SSHRC in mind, of course. And, of course, numbers can change. I think that we need to include the roundtable presenters, the grad students, and the post-docs. I’m less certain of who or what was included in the “emerging scholar” and “community partner/activist” categories. I’m going to suggest that we can include 25 in the block (if we’re holding more rooms, we can add to this later, can we not?). We would still be holding, if I remember, 35 rooms at the Alt.

As I recall, this was suggested by Jim M at our last meeting. This would leave the Fort Garry to provide rooms for those paying their own way.

Does this sound about right? I am up to date on various developments and still on the right page? Please advise.
