Hi everyone,

Hope you are doing well. I wanted to give you a heads up about a change in the work hours of Virtual Advising Help Centre.

From the beginning of the winter term(January 2024), we will be only available during the regular UM work hours i.e.  Monday through Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm. This means VAHC will be closed during the evenings and weekends.

We're changing our work hours because we have noticed significant drop in our evening and weekend traffic. Note that VAHC email umhelp@umanitoba.ca will remain available.
