You may be receiving reports from students who are having difficulty registering in classes, and some staff are reporting difficulties using Banner.
Yesterday afternoon (Tuesday July 8th), Aurora/Banner experienced a system issue that resulted in errors in registration and the system became inaccessible for a period of time.
Our IST team and ORES monitored the situation last night and believed it had been resolved. Unfortunately, issues continue to persist this morning.
These issues are the top priority for everyone supporting Aurora and Banner, so we hope to have a resolution as soon as possible.
If you are receiving questions from students, please let them know we are experiencing a system issue and working to resolve it.
